You agree to provide a valid license file for your company.

5. Expo Participation

You agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the telebirr ADDIS GENA 2017 EXPO. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to the expo's schedule, respecting other exhibitors, and complying with all safety and security measures.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred by you or your company as a result of your participation in the telebirr  ADDIS GENA 2017 EXPO.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.   

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia.   

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If negotiation or mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Ethiopian Arbitration Law.
